As much as we love our work, we still need a holiday now and then. We usually take a ten-day break in the spring and in the autumn. Of course, we will give you ample advance notice.

Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. either by phone, by email or by fax. Should both of us be out of the office at the same time, we can be reached on our mobile phones.
Since we very often work late, we would appreciate it if you would only call us after 9 a.m., to be honest – we are not really "there" before that … - We have no fixed lunch breaks, but it may happen that we ask you for a little time to finish eating and will then call you back.
- For urgent jobs, we are of course also available on weekends, but would ask you to give us advance notice.
- Our work requires concentration so we do not want to be continuously interrupted by the signal of incoming mail. For this reason, we have disabled the automatic retrieval of our mails. But usually we check our emails several times a day. So please do not assume that we start working on your translation as soon as you have pressed the "Send" button.
- If it is urgent, just give us a short ring – call us old-fashioned but we and also our clients often appreciate the opportunity to a little chat.
